The team helped a traditional life insurance company introduce unit trusts and a superannuation plan that helped reduce the fees that had previously applied to clients. In the late 90’s, they were amongst early adopters of voluntary third party audits aimed at industry best practices.

In the mid 2000’s the team were identified by ING, one of the world’s top 30 banks, as leading the industry and recognised as a partner, for advice to clients. They also moved to fee basis for wealth management and advice.

Mid 2000’s the team founded a JV group of financial planning companies that promoted best practice and good client outcomes.
